“Rob at Petch Durham was so helpful & insightful as I was very unsure what car would be right for me & also within my budget There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble, spent time with me, I didn’t feel rushed & no hard sell. (I’ve walked away from garages because of this in the past) Excellent service from Rob bought a car, picking it up next week💗 My Brother is now thinking of replacing his car so he’ll be back to see Rob in the not too distant future …”

“My dealings with S G Petch have always been good from buying several Mazdas over the years to their services etc. Recently my car was hit in an RTA, from day one the staff in the repairs department were so supportive and helpful. i would like to thank all the staff for their courteous and helpful communications and a big shout to Tristan who definitely went the extra mile to ensure I had my car back to go on holiday.
