“I am very happy with the service I get from my dealer , I've been using them for many many years , very friendly staff , I love my Hyundai i10 I've had a few of them so far but I'm afraid I do not like this idea of the alarm keep going off , I think it's quite dangerous and distracting , when driving through town where the schools are some of them have flashing lights so when the lights flash we drive at 20 but the car doesn't understand that and it flashes when we are doing 30 because it's seen the sign telling us to do 20 , now the schools are on holidays we still have the alarms going off to do 20 , so very very annoying”

“Excellent garage from viewing and ordering the Jaecoo 7.The information i received on delivery date then the great handover of the car including the information about the car and it's features. The team consisting of Simon, Sara ,Derrick and Adam who all helped me with my purchase I'm very grateful and looking forward to future years with SG Petch.”

“Mark Hodgson has sold me 3 cars now and it’s always been a very positive experience. He listens to what I want and and worried about and does what he can to help. The only reason I wouldn’t go back to Mark would be because I want something other than Hyundai”

“Every member of staff was extremely helpful, polite and respectful. They all listened well and gave helpful advice to all my questions and queries. Andy, with whom I sealed the contract on my car, was so professional. He went out of his way to explain everything clearly to me and to answer in ways which I could understand. He fully took on board that this was a big step for me to take and he took great pains to ensure that he wasn't rushing me in any way. I thought he was excellent. My follow visit to ask a small question was handled with the same respectful regard and I left very happy and feeling that SG Petch was the right choice of dealership.”

Daniel was always friendly and professional and remembered that Robert struggled to come into the dealership because of his autism and always made sure that Robert was comfortable and happy to continue every step of the way.”

“Roy, Sales Executive was very knowledgeable, kept me informed all the way through and was in no way pushy. Worked around us. Showroom has been refurbished making it feel superior to your average showroom. Follow up was excellent. We stupidly thought there might be a problem with the car so rang Roy who called us back and he attempted to make me feel less stupid, new cars have alot more going on than we were used to, lane assist being one of them. Overall extremely satisfactory experience.”
