I approached SGPetch for a new I10 No problem Took delivery 10 days later Imagine my horror when a card was sent to me, inviting me to an open day, where I could get a new car, together with a number of freebie’s ( not included in my sale 2 weeks earlier )

Upon initial collection, the presentation of the vehicle was below expectations. This vehicle was presented to me on a grass verge? not in a showroom? After raising my concerns with the manager, it was agreed that an additional two days would be required to resolve the issues. Following this, the turnaround was exceptional. The presentation of the vehicle was faultless, and I would like to personally commend Kerian and Daniel. Both went above and beyond to deliver a level of service and attention to detail that truly enhanced the overall buying experience. Their professionalism and commitment were greatly appreciated. On going to sg petch darlington barry sullivan told me there was no puncture kit with the new car, but I managed to source one so you wont have to buy one ? alsoI went back to petches to pick up my 3 year service plan and while I was waiting I noticed a black identicle car in the showroom,in the boot was a parcel shelf with a handle (I didnt have one in my car) ?I contacted stellantis and spoke to a man called tho who stated yes you should have one in your car When I asked barry sullivan about this he said he sold another car the same and that didnt hae one So he gave me the shelf out of the black car .?

Managed to get a deal I was happy with on both the new car and my p/ex. It seems that delivery dates are only very estimated as cars are built to order and Kia build and delivery timescales are completely out of the dealers hands. The only small thing for me was the lack of communication re delivery of the new car once it got past the given delivery date. It seemed I had to do all the chasing. Happy overall though with everything.

Excellent service, as always, from the Richmond Branch. Tegan took over responsibility for my order when Les retired, and kept me in touch with every development. She gave a meticulous hand-over of the new Niro, which enabled me to drive off with confidence. Although still learning about the car me and my wife are very happy with our purchase and have confidence that future servicing will be handled with the same attention to detail and courtesy I've come to expect over the years in dealing with the company.

APART FROM A LONG WAIT (29WEEKS) TO GET MYNEW HYUNDAI i10 I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW MODEL. PETCH GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL ON MY PART EXCHANGE AND HAVE CONTACTED ME TO CHECK IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES WITH MY NEW CAR.

Great service. Little disappointed at their insistence in taking out loan with Mazda. No fees etc. but there are if you repay/settle early. 56 days interest charge.

Was not in the market for a new car as I was happy with the car I had. Was persuaded that a new model was a good deal and I would not be paying any higher price than I was at present
