“Car collection was smooth but not completely without problems. Ordered a spare wheel kit for the car and two weeks after collection I'm still waiting. I have to keep contacting the dealership because they don't seem to have much customer care service.”

“Was looking to change my car wasn’t sure what to ! Was looking at older car’s around 20- 22 thousand then seen this Hyundai Tuscan for sale and thought might be worth spending the bit extra getting a nearly new, 6 months old with 4500 miles on clock so purchased the Tuscan 1.6 Diesel Hybrid N-Line had it 3 weeks and very Impressed !, had a couple of little issues but Mark was spot on. !!”

“Great selection of used vehicles from many different marques. Salesman at Darlington branch seemed disinterested in us so we left without really trying anything, but we had great and friendly service from Roger when we visited the Durham branch a few days later and subsequently bought a vehicle. Delighted with the car and the price we paid.”

“Sales person James was polite and efficient but did not always ring me back when promised and as this sale was transacted via the internet due to shortage of supply of the car I wanted, I could hardly go round to the showroom to chase up my questions. Car was delivered on time by an extremely helpful driver and it was all I hoped it would be APART from no car mats but just two bits of cheap brown paper in the foot wells. Really feel that Kia could do better selling me a £35000 car with brown paper for mats. What a let down and certainly did not give a good first impression. Nice easy and comfortable car to drive but may take some time before I can understand how to use all the gadgets and gizmos.”

“SG Petch, themselves, were generally fine to deal with. We had some frustrations around the original promised delivery date but once they took ownership of the issue it was their ongoing communication that restored our faith. When the car finally arrived (NB: Fiat themselves were absolutely hopeless) it had been damaged in transit but Petch were open & honest and it was repaired in good time.”

“Great customer service from the moment we walked in till we drove away in our new Kia. Only reason it's not a 5 star review is the car preparation for collection could have been better, but the sales man did everything he could to make things right. I will definitely buy another car from SG Petch.”
