Salesman eager to do the deal once done sent him 2 emails regarding buying a diamond pack still waiting for a reply over a week now . happy with the car and the deal

I was very happy with the service, the only thing I was disappointed with was that when I collected my car, it had barely any fuel in. I had to drive straight to a petrol station as it wouldn’t have got me home. You would think with buying a new car you’d get at least half a tank of fuel. But other than that the service was great.

Good reliable service, but I thought the P/X value on my old car was rather low considering what I paid for it 20 months ago.

A recommendation is that my family, Mr, Mrs, two daughters and father in law, has bought about 14 cars, of five different manufactures, over some 15 years. A trusting and friendly relationship has developed with all the staff, both sales and servicing, over the years.

The purchase of the Kia Soul ev 2020 went perfectly. It is too early to give a definite answer as the instrument display failed within twenty minutes of delivery. I am still waiting to find out what will be done about it.

Craig the sales man was great and helpful throughout. He was open and honest about any issues with the car even when there had been a nick in the door which was unnoticed it was sorted.

Alan, the salesman, was helpful and friendly without being in the slightest bit pushy. He arranged test drives in the vehicles we requested. Bearing in mind we were in the middle of the Covid19 restrictions the hospitality area was a little sparse but clean and comfortable and it's difficult to see what more could have been done within the regulations. We were offered a fair trade-in price on our old car and a good deal on the new one, the extras that are inevitably available with new vehicles were offered but not pushed. Everything was explained to us clearly, the staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, even when they were obviously busy.

Covid 19 restrictions had an impact on my experience, but it was easy to book a test drive of a car I'd seen online, and the salesman even found a pre-registered car, which he retained for me until I got my insurance write-off sorted out. Easy online transaction for payment. Collection of vehicle was a bit off-hand, partially due to Covid restrictions, but I was asked to drive to a nearby Post Office to tax the car myself, rather than it being done by the dealer. There was a problem with the registration plates being wrong and I returned 5 days later to get this rectified and had a good customer service experience with one of the managers - after I had asked to see someone.

Service was great and the gentleman was very helpful. Didn’t give 5 stars as passenger side wing mirror creaks when it goes in and out, and we were supposed to be contacted about this and never were. Otherwise, highly recommend.
