“Good service. Pleasant. Helpful. Explained in full. Patient. Knowledgeable. No pressure. However; I was advised that the car had been valeted. I found sweet wrappers and a car parking ticket and needed to clean the seats again. Therefore not a full valet completed. In exchange I sold you my old car, which after the sell date to you, I have received from the Police a notice that the vehicle was caught speeding. Was this while you owned the vehicle or sold on? I have notified the police and confirmed I was not the driver or the owner of the vehicle at the time of this incident.”

“The complete transaction went smoothly although had to do some fairly hard bargaining on a fairly expensive car. Happy enough with the salesman and wasn't too pushy new car is really nice and so far so good fingers crossed it continues”

“Very good impression from first meeting with Ray,was very easy to talk with,informative about extras available but never pushy,had a small problem with tyre pressures after a couple of days took car back to durham,saw Ray he took me over to service dept who booked car in and problem solved,faulty value replaced at no cost to me,great service from team petch”

“Love my Hyundai I20 Automatic bought in September, It had a scratch on the right Passengers side door, Christian the sales man assured us this would be done ,after many calls and visits to our house & Garage, trying to put this right, the scratch is still visible, we are now in December , word of warning Don't take your car of the forecourt until all the checks have been made and any jobs fixed,”

“Excellent sales department and salesman. Can only fault I could say is the exterior and interior was not as clean as I would have expected. It was a wet day on collection but there was mud on the cills before we drove it away to get some fuel.”

“The showroon staff are second to none. As for the finance firm they use - get your own finance!!! Nothing but a bunch of incompetent fools who mess things up 'as standard' Can't fault Hyundai's as cars but all their customer service is focused on customer facing staff. Use their finance firm at your peril.”
