Negotiating the price of my new car took some time, probably because the salesman had to check every price offered with his manager first. In spite of that I eventually got the deal I wanted and was very happy with the outcome.

I recently bought a car from SG Petch, was looked after by Sarah, who was friendly and helpful, a couple of queries we had, were rectified very quickly, for example there was no manual in the car, but Sarah got this located, and we were promised a full tank of fuel, when we realised it was only half full we brought this to Sarah’s attention and got the car filled up straight away, good service and I am quite happy with my new car

I would of felt better if I had been informed that removable car mats were not included which would have giving me the opportunity to retain my existing identical mats. Other than that was satisfied with the transaction

The vehicle we were supposed to have bought was at the Richmond branch,that was on the Friday, we were told that it would come for us to have a test drive( to York branch) the paperwork was completed,but on the Monday morning,we received a phone call stating that the car was sold the previous week,( this was the right colour,right price?) this was not good for such a professional company,no communication whatsoever? Very very disappointing?

Have to say the customer service was fantastic from Marc, I felt well looked after and that he couldn’t do enough for me I am so happy with my new stinger, there was a few things that didn’t make me happy but Marc stepped in said to leave it with him he will fix this for me, (these issues where not to him at all) I am happy and look forward to a 2022 stinger.

Very welcoming and helpful. Showroom a bit clinical, no tea or coffee facilities and/or water. No waiting area. The car I eventually chose, did not have the electric seats I was shown which was extremely disappointing for me. This was one of main selling points as I am disabled and wear a arm support. Therefore, I am having to pump up the seat every time to get in and out which is very difficult. I haven’t notified petch (Richmond) only via another survey I have done for Kia. I simply don’t have the strength to mess around as it makes me very stressed. I have not been contacted by petch at all regarding this matter. I did hope the surveys might flag up my concerns. Also very disappointed in the fact that there wasn’t any car mats. This for me would have ensured a anti-slip surface when entering, or exiting the vehicle. Please be aware, this car is the Kia Niro 2 on mitobility. Thanks

Craig Parker is 5*. We recently bought an mx5 RF and the whole experience was great. Craig was not pushy at all which led to the sale. Love the car. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks very much Craig.

I bought the car from SG Petch two years ago, and I`m very happy with car, I bought one for my wife and this year I changed for one new model, nice little car, but I only complain about the part exchange value on my old car, is too low. I Recommend to buy the car but part exchange maybe need to think before.

The process was smooth throughout. I was very happy with Carl and his honesty. A mistake was made but he owned up to it and corrected it straight away, which impressed me greatly. Would use again.

Service good every body very helpful but could have been shown more about the car about starting the car also lots of other things as l have never had a key less car before. But on my second visit. l was shown a lot more but the car is first class

Very happy with Emma from SEAT Durham happy with service . I needed a mobility car and chose the SEAT ATECA . I have MS and liked all the safety features. I had a Ford Kuga and I needed space in the boot for my small mobility scooter , the ATECA looked fine for this. But Bewick who Seat deal with for a mobility alliteration was not satisfactory at all . They put a hoist in the car and what looked they had just thrown my scooter in the back. So I picked up my new car expecting my scooter could fit ok in the boot and it had made my car a 3 seater not a 5 seater it was going to be used as my family car Berwick phoned me prior to getting the hoist fitted asking questions about my scooter which Emma had already sorted all this we drop off my scooter 3 days before picking it up . So I had hospital appointment where I had to get a wheel chair . I told the man from Bewick what i needed doing and he was not a pleasant helpful man at all. My partner who is a handyman by trade with engineering experience had to alter a few things and made it fit with all seats available. So Seat had excellent after service but extremely disappointed from Bewick which I know was no fault of Seat but I needed to let you know . Do I would recommend Seat but not Bewick

Very friendly and efficient. I had only one issue about the lack Recently bought a used Skoda Citigo, only issue I had was a missing spare wheel but this was resolved.
