A little surprised we have not been contacted regarding our initial experiences. We have “sussed” most things out and are more than happy with our driving experience.

Overall experience was good, however the car/model didn't have all of the features of previous car. Oversite on my side but it could have been pointed out during the sale. We would probably have gone with the top spec model and paid more.

This is about the 9th car I’ve bought from S G Petch. It was a little stressful this time as the salesman I normally deal with had retired. The new salesman I was dealing with then left. So another salesman took over and managed to sort a car out for me. All good in the end

I have to say that Ricky Doughty was very easy to deal with and overall we were very happy with the process of purchasing our Niro PHEV. And it it is a joy to drive.

I had no problems picking up my new car. I was given a test drive of the same model I purchased with no conditions or awkward forms to fill in. I was disappointed that new carpets for the car have to be purchased seperately especially with the cost of a new car. Overall the experience was a pleasant one and the salesman was very helpful. I was given a deal that pleased me so that has to be important for you!

Staff are so easy to talk to and friendly and so helpful. Carl was exceptionally helpful and made the purchase so easy. I couldn’t have asked for more! As always max is easy on the eye. I’ll stick with this dealership because of the above AND aftersales care. Thank you so much for all your help.

Would give 5 stars But contract was incorrect when collecting car This could have cost me money

Service was amazing, dealt with Connor who could not have done anything better he was excellent at all points. The only disappointment however was a week later receiving a letter inviting us to buy a new car and offering 3 years free servicing and 5 years warranty which stuck in the throat!! Not great at all!! Could be better service if advised of upcoming offers!

The purchase process was very good and I am happy with the car. But I do feel let down by an error on my GAP insurance. Nine weeks after purchase this has still not been resolved. To pay £300 and not get the cover is really disappointing, hence I am considering my options on how to get my £300 back

The service was very good, the staff polite just the one hiccup, part- exed my Tiguan tech , and wanted same spec , ( wife struggles with bonnet , needed front camera) advised the ultimate, great car , no front camera ,audio only didn’t realise they did ultimate tech! Wife getting used to it ( stops on first beep ) otherwise a great experience!👍👍

Despite getting off to poor start, after changing to a different sales person, I am happy to say that my vehicle arrived when due, private plates fitted and a positive outcome overall.

Found Geff to be extremely helpful - although I haggled a lot as females do and had a limit on spending but we reached a compromise. Buying a car is very personal so recommendation is not easy
