“I decided what car I wanted and wanted to part rx mine, this was done with with no bother. Just before I picked it up, Ray said he put extra fuel in which was great. When i arrived home I noticed two slightly deep scratches and a small dent on the boot. Also I noticed the two front tyres were worn, on inspection on previous Mot to the one Petch had done their was an advisory on the Tyres. Although legal, I would have expected a main dealer to replace both. Took car back so they could carry out an inspection. Was told tyres was legal and wasnt interested in dent or scratches. Ive had to replace windscreen wipers, buy new carpets as none on collection, and will have to purchase two tyres. So to summarise. Sales of car 5 stars, after sale 2 stars.”

“When purchasing the car, the sales man Gary was very helpful and pleasant with getting the car I would like from York however he stated it would come up on a transporter however when I came to pick up the car the next day there was 72miles on the car rather than 19miles. This was quite disappointing as Gary had stated that it would be brought on a transporter and not drove up.”

“Very polite, friendly and professional service. Approachable and relaxing atmosphere made purchasing a straightforward experience. Good contact maintained throughout. Handover not as I would have wanted but they are happy to re-valet. Have helped with insurance cover until I can get my own cover sorted which I very much appreciate. Barring the handover issue I am more than satisfied and would readily recommend S G Petch for a new Fiat car.”

“We were met by Gareth Wood at The Skippers lane Hyundai garage,. He was very informative and not too "pushy". My wife and I were encouraged to test drive cars and felt very relaxed .The cars were very impressive and we decided to purchase a i20. Then Gareth spent a lot of time showing us the functions and gadgets so we felt confident driving the car.”

“this is our second car bought from SG Petch. The process has always been good. The only comment I have is that I was told the car didn't have built in sat nav but I would be able to link to my phone. This has not been possible. I think in future the comment should be "might be able to link". I have spent hours trying to find out why and are still unable to connect.”
