“On the whole as a dealer/garage they are pretty good. Having bought a new Hyundai automatic car about a month ago I am disappointed though that I seem to be fobbed off with a complaint I have. This particular new car keeps making crunching noises when releasing the brakes. This is totally irritating and unacceptable. It seems inconceivable that this kind of thing happens all the time with any automatic car. This is what the garage told me. I would suggest that when this car was assembled there was not enough care taken. I would like this to be rectified.”

“This is my secondKia Picanto from you.Iwas very happy with Nick who talked through my choices with me and has remained helpful. However, I was not happy with the men on the desk when I had a small problem with tyre pressures. Iwas told I had to leave the car for it to be adjusted.I had no way of getting home.Had Nick not been there to do the 2 minute job I’d have been stuck waiting for an unspecified time.”
