“The value of our trade in was good, the car had no ariel, ordered a new one and waiting to be contacted. Bad weather never gave us much chance to check the car properly.We found scratch on windscreen and the inside valet was very poor.The salesman informed us he would have the windscreen scratch repaired when we come to pick up ariel,so waiting for call.”

“Trouble free trade in and happy with the car and salesman Guy. Little bit disappointed only got a free set of mats after spending £24,000 on a brand new car as had to pay £15.00 on a lead for my iPhone thought the dealership as I was collecting the car would have gave that as gratis ! The number plate was hanging off which was corrected after I pointed this out too Guy.”

“Good test drive arrangements to suit me, sensible price negotiations without the irritating and timewasting tactics that some dealers use. Decent price -could have improved on through a discounter but close enough that I was happy to go with the local outlet. Kept up to date with delivery times and good handover”
