“After making an initial enquiry we were promised a call back which we didn't get. However we visited the showroom the next day and had very good service from Josh, no complaints at all. I purchased a nice Panda but must admit I was disappointed there were no mats in the car. On enquiry about this I was promised a call back which again never happened.”

“This was a used Mazda 2 but it was a first class sales service from Ryan & I was able to take delivery in a week. The vehicle was serviced & put through an MOT & valeted throughout. My husband had purchased a new CX3 just a few weeks earlier & that’s why we had returned to S G Petch”

“Excellent initial sales ,very informative .warm and friendly sales person and would recommend . I couldn't meet service manager as it was a weekend so when our car mats had not arrived and were to collect at a later date and also a warning light stayed on permanent I looked forward to meet service on an arranged day however I arrived and it seemed the manager didn't expect me know why I was there and didn't introduce himsellf . Felt let down with after sales care .”

“Everything was fine until it came time to sign documents and waited 40 minutes to sign them. Then the figure were incorrect and needed to go back through to resign. Ray sales guy was extremely friendly and helpful.”

“Great friendly service from both manager and Chris Phillips in sales team car arrived quickly and although i had a few issues which resulted in my frt bumper being changed Chris organised this without fuss and picked up and returned the car back to me in same day with a full tank of petrol If not for the bumper issue then it would have been a 5 star rating”

“The customer service was excellent from the garage however a week later we had to call the RAC due to being unable to close the bonnet of the car. The RAC told me it was a national fault!!! I should have been told about this prior to leaving the garage as I was on a fuel garage forecourt at the time!!”
