SG Petch, themselves, were generally fine to deal with. We had some frustrations around the original promised delivery date but once they took ownership of the issue it was their ongoing communication that restored our faith. When the car finally arrived (NB: Fiat themselves were absolutely hopeless) it had been damaged in transit but Petch were open & honest and it was repaired in good time.
