Sales person James was polite and efficient but did not always ring me back when promised and as this sale was transacted via the internet due to shortage of supply of the car I wanted, I could hardly go round to the showroom to chase up my questions. Car was delivered on time by an extremely helpful driver and it was all I hoped it would be APART from no car mats but just two bits of cheap brown paper in the foot wells. Really feel that Kia could do better selling me a £35000 car with brown paper for mats. What a let down and certainly did not give a good first impression. Nice easy and comfortable car to drive but may take some time before I can understand how to use all the gadgets and gizmos.
