Every member of staff was extremely helpful, polite and respectful. They all listened well and gave helpful advice to all my questions and queries. Andy, with whom I sealed the contract on my car, was so professional. He went out of his way to explain everything clearly to me and to answer in ways which I could understand. He fully took on board that this was a big step for me to take and he took great pains to ensure that he wasn't rushing me in any way. I thought he was excellent. My follow visit to ask a small question was handled with the same respectful regard and I left very happy and feeling that SG Petch was the right choice of dealership.
