I phoned about the car at 12.30pm and by 4.30pm the same day all the paperwork and finance agreement had been completed, I had been sent a personal video of the car and delivery had been arranged to my home in Kent (250 miles away) for Monday morning! I have never bought a car "blind" online before, but for anyone unsure especially during the covid pandemic don't hesitate. With a 14 day return period after delivery, you probably have more consumer rights than if you purchased off a forecourt. Nothing was too much trouble for this dealership. The car arrived promptly. It was valeted, taxed and with all current MOT advisories addressed upon my request. It was immaculate inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this well established company which appears to be reliable, honest, reputable and offers good quality cars at very reasonable prices. Thanks to Ricky for making the whole process painless with his excellent customer service, friendly manner and efficiency (and no hard sell technique which I hate).
