Andy was excellent, sent a video of car and arranged good deal due to us being loyal customers. All transactions carried out with ease. Very satisfied with car and service both on phone and at showroom.
To make this a 5, suggest phonecall follow up to see if any queries and check customer satisfaction, particularly as in present circumstances can't test drive or see car before purchase.
