Car was booked in for work as part of a recall - I told the team when I booked it in that there was a problem with the exhaust - they said that they would 'have a look'. After the work - I was told that I would have to book the car in for work to be done. I then booked the car in for a Service and asked them to work on the exhaust - was told on the day that I would have to book the car in for a specific appointment to have the work done on the exhaust. Trying to book a date with the Servicing department - all phones lead to reception by the way despite you having 'options' to select from when you get through on the phone - I was told that I would be 'called back'. No returned call, had to speak to reception again today - told that the message would be passed again. Getting VERY frustrated with this poor level of service - having been a Hyundai owner for over 10 years, I'll now be looking at anything other than something from SG Petch.
