Very poor on getting the basics correct.
First car purchase from Darlington had another customers service pack put in the glovebox, no attempt was made to rectify this I had to return to the dealership and wait for them to sort the correct service package out after I’d been told it was ready for collection.
Second car purchase from the Durham branch, after 2 weeks they still have not notified the DVLA about change of ownership. Contacted dealership, no apologies or call back to say they have rectified the situation.
Very slap dash dealership.
