My car infotainment system was not updated so most of the media systems didn't work.SG Petch didn't know how to work on my car so update took 4 days and a month later I am no better off.
Worst off all S G Petch tried to change the terms of my purchase contract 4 days after I picked the car up putting me £270 worse off. I had to complain and threaten FCA before being resolved.
