We hoped we’d bought a car on the Sunday, but over a weekend the car Seles spreadsheet is locked until the Monday so we had to wait to find out if we’d been successful in our purchase. We were disappointed to have to contact the garage to discover that the car we’d put a deposit on had indeed already been sold. Neil, the manager, offered to keep looking for us or to give us our deposit back. We opted to have him keep looking and we ended up paying £1000 more than we were initially going to, but the car we got is absolutely worth it. Nicky looked after us really well - he’s a friendly and approachable guy and would recommend this garage to friends and family based on his service. Thanks Nicky & Neil. Next time we need a new car, we will come and see what you’ve got first!
