Raised a query with Kia Uk with regards to the purchase of my new kia xceed.They responded quickly and forwarded my query to the appropriate department at SG Petch Sunderland.That was on 30th July.Six days later i am still waiting for a response.Not too impressed thus far.
Update. It appears that Kia UK had not passed on my query to S.G. Petch due to some glitch in the system.S.G. Petch((Sunderland)have since been in touch with me and have resolved my query promptly and professionally.Now i can give them a 5 star review as I had originally planned.
