I have always been dubious about dealers following a bad experience with buying my first new car 40 yrs ago. Took delivery of a 2014 Rio from Darlington on Friday. Took it back on Saturday with 2 faults. Andrew Mellanby took immediate ownership of the problem, gave me a new courtesy car, and had the problems fixed in a few days. First class service which I didn't expect for a mid priced second hand car. Andrew and SGP have restored my faith in dealers. Very nice car BTW.
