Purchasing a vehicle and taking it for a service when its due is very straight forward. The problem starts when you have an issue with the car. I was told the strange noise from the engine that I was hearing was just the noise of the engine, being a lady driver, what would I know! I took the car to local garage, told to take car back to dealer as issue with coolant system, had to wait two weeks before car could go to garage, then found the head gasket had gone, in a two year old car!! How could they have missed that the first time? Car in garage for 4 weeks to get repaired, no courtesy car, despite having to care for my 92yr old blind mother who lives several miles away and buses run infrequently. Customer service appalling. Return telephone calls don't exist. No apology, nothing, Certainly won't be purchasing my next car from this dealership, Darlington branch.
