Overall I would recommend this garage. Dan in the showroom was very helpful and took me out on an ad-hoc test drive of the e-Niro, which I went on to buy. There were only 2 issues that I experienced in the puchasing process: 1> I requested my car's software/maps be updated fully before handover, but it wasn't. I raised this when I got the car home and it was resolved without fuss by taking it back in for an update. Ensure your car is updated before you leave the forecourt! 2> My credit agreement included an extra charge of nearly £600 for Premium paint, but my car was the base model and didn't have it. This appears to be down to how Kia keep on changing what is and isn't Premium on the different yearly models causing some confusion, so it's forgivable. My issue was really that I had to point it out - so check your paperwork carefully. Otherwise happy.
