Sold a warranty we didn't want, which they then wouldn't refund.
No service history provided despite the vehicle being advertised with a service history. Log book had been lost by a previous owner but we were only informed of this when we chased the service history.
No user manual provided either.
Car excellent value for money but customer service poor.
