I've been driving for more that 50 years and the experience of buying a car has got progressively better over time. On this occasion your salesperson, James Chadwick, made it simpler and clearer than ever. He made the process feel easy and the documentation received was full and transparent. I don't buy cars very often as I find that looking after them can make them last a bit longer but I shall remember the name S G Petch! Thanks again to James.
