Chris was brilliant. He was very helpful and honest. He wasn't in any way pushy which had put me off several other garages in York. He was flexible and understanding of my work and childcare commitments. He resolved a minor issue quickly and I felt he genuinely cared about us getting a car that suited our needs, and didn't just want a quick sale. All the other staff I encountered were pleasant and kind.
