From start to finish we were treat with respect , kept informed of the timing of recieving our new car , talked through everything , had a test drive , offered refreshments each time we were in the showroom , was pleasant atmosphere , everyone there was friendly and well spoken , Roy who was dealing with us , even got my initials on the new reg plate :) , i will use SG Petch again when my new car is due , overall 10/10
