Had Mazda cx30 1 st service done by SG Petch. I realised they had used the wrong oil so I rang them up to tell them they said the oil they used was correct. Having read the specification of the oil required I rang Mazda who confirmed I was correct and they sent me an email quoting the correct grade was different to the one used by SG Petch.
I sent the email to SG Petch who checked it out then said they would change my oil and filter. After 5 or 6 phone calls not one apology
Makes me wonder how many cars are running around with the wrong oil.
