All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful answering questions where possible with mostly satisfactory answers. Although it took nearly a year for the car to arrive from Fiat , probably due in part to world events, S G Petch could not give firm delivery dates which was not their fault really. When the car arrived handover was effortless and the valeting team had done an outstanding job. Thank you.
