The sales process was made to be a quite relaxed and comfortable experience thanks to salesman Nicky McDermott.There was no attempt at any hard sell.
I purchased a new car but a few days later returned with a minor issue, i received immediate attention from the service manager and every effort was made to successfully resolve the problem there and then.
