I was never pressured or patronised but provided with all the information I needed to make the best decision for me. Once I had decided on a car, the process was straightforward and my new car arrived quickly. Buying my Kia Picanto has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's a fantastic little car with great tech, really nippy and surprisingly spacious inside. Even the boot, which I was worried about being on the small side, is actually really deep and I can easily fit all my food shopping inside. It is also excellent value and incredibly economical to run. I'm really happy with my car and very happy with the experience of buying it from Michael at SG Petch. I would recommend going there if you're looking to buy a car but don't want to feel pressured or have to put up with any hard sell. Michael will be super relaxed, make you a nice coffee and give you all the information you need and be honest with you. I will definitely be returning there in future, though not for some time as I'm very happy with my Picanto!
