Booked a test drive at the Middlesbrough branch SG Petch. Turned up on time to find someone had just turned up and they let them test the car and made me wait even though I had the car booked.
I left and explained I was unhappy the car went out when I had booked. The Salesman explained first come and the booking made no difference, poor.
