Poor lack of contact all the way through the process. Advised could finally collect car but was then cancelled 24 hours before collection and paperwork had to be restarted.
When waiting for a refund I had to chase and privies bank details 3 times as they were put in the bin. Nobody seems to even care. I would never buy another vehicle from here and would tell everyone to avoid
