Frankly I was not overly happy at having to wait six months for my new car. However I did understand that this was not the fault of the salesman or of Petch. I recently spoke to another purchaser of the same car as me and she had also had to wait about six months. Hyundai needs to address this issue.
SG Petch staff were all friendly, helpful and apologetic for the long wait particularly Tony who was the sales person I dealt with the most. He is a lovely man and always tried to do his best for me. This was illustrated when my car did eventually arrive, about three weeks after I had a stroke and was unable to drive. Tony checked up on me a few times and when I eventually went to pick up my car was very kind and patient as I had not driven for weeks and had not driven an automatic at all apart from the trial drive when I ordered my car in November 2022.
