Customer service has been excellent so far. Choosing and ordering my new Motability vehicle with Roger was a breeze. Roger was very helpful, polite and professional throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. I felt that he was invested in helping me find the right car for my needs (unlike some garages I have visited over the years).
