My whole experience has been excellent. Imy has been helpful and professional from the moment I stepped into the SG Petch showroom, through getting a test drive and agreeing the purchase, to taking delivery and driving away my new hybrid Kia Sportage - and dealing with a couple of post-sale queries about the car! He kept me up to date throughout, and helped deal with the final Finance application when there were issues with the new online Identity system.
