I have just collected my new car from SG Petch in Durham. Kieren looked after me from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. He listened to what I wanted from a car and found the perfect one for me, he was pleasant and friendly while still being professional. He made sure I understood all the controls(as it is more technical than my previous car) and was confident to use them before i left the garage. He made buying a new car a really good experience.
