The same review I posted on another platform recently. It all still applies. The process of ordering/obtaining a Mobility car from this Hyundai dealership was a breeze. The process was made easy by staff who are second to none. Friendly, patient, informative and attentive (free coffee). I had initially simply called into the dealership on spec to enquire as to the availability of a Tucson Ultimate Hybrid and was so taken aback by the service I received, which included an immediate test drive, that I ordered a car there and then. A couple of weeks later the handover of the car was just as friendly and professional. After completing the paperwork we were given a detailed introduction to the interior controls/features etc and this finished up with an introductory drive. The service couldn't have been better. After having the car for a few weeks, I had a minor issue (quite normal with a new car) which is when I discovered that the after sales service of this dealership is equally as professional and friendly as the pre sales. From the Motability specialist to the Service Reception to the garage staff themselves, they all went above and beyond to make sure my issue was sorted. This was so refreshing (and a relief) after having a shocking and unpleasant after sales experience with a Nissan dealership a couple of years ago. As it happens, my Tucson was collected and returned today and the issue is sorted. Brilliant. I'll finally use this opportunity to thank the people who went above and beyond from day one until now.
