Problems from day one when I selected the car that I wished to purchase. There was a problem that the log book had been put in someone else's name so it had to be sent back to the DVLA. This then took 3 weeks to return.
When I finally went to pick my car up I was told that there was another problem with documentation so I waited another two weeks for this. I was given a fleet car as a replacement from then but all this time there was a complete lack of communication.
