Bought a car 2 weeks ago. Sales man added the £20 for road fund licence to finance without asking. Deal included a set of mats. On day due to pick car up sales man adv car tax was £145. Adv, I would pay this direct to dvla. Went to pick car up, no mats and parts dept closed but was told would get the mats to me in two days. Also told could not take £20 off finance or refund it. Not offered anything in lieu of it either. 2 weeks on, no mats, so complained. Again promised mats and a boot liner in lieu of £20 by Weds 1st May and the delivery method would be conf Tuesday 30th April. No confirmation and no mats have arrived. Emailed sales man to chase up. No reply just a request to provide this review. Not impressed
