Took car in for annual service. Car was ready at alotted time but in meanwhile I had received a text report of "red" work that needed doing. On arriving to pick up the car was told that I would be given an appointment for the "red" work to be done in 6 months time. I am very disappointed about that. The whole point of the manufacturers extended service period is to make things more convenient for the customer. In fact extended service periods initially were promoted as a selling point. I do not expect to have that convenience of an annual - once a year- service taken away by the dealer. I expect to have all of the work done in one day as was a l ways the case until a couple of years ago. This is the second time this has happened to me and I am very unhappy about it.
