Not only were the Richmond branch willing to take their time to bring a vehicle down from Durham for me to test drive, they gave me a thorough test drive experience for half an hour without bombarding me with sale jargon. I felt relaxed and well informed when weighing up if the car was right for me and there was no pressure put on me to buy. Richard and his manager were very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy with the standard of the car and the deal. They also kept me up to speed via text and calls.
