This is my second new CX-5 car from SG Petch in Durham. Very happy with salesman Alan Copeland's attention during the whole process on both occasions - I like his straight-talking no-nonsense approach. The car was delivered on time and Alan took time to e plain the controls different to my last CX-5. Servicing: I signed up with SG Petch service club - this spreads the cost of servicing with a monthly charge and includes all necessary service parts and labour. There's also a 10% discount on any accessories and access to lots of discounts from high street retailers. All in all - pretty well pleased (4 stars - because nobody is perfect😉).
