I have to say Tony H on the sales side was great everything was done right then it went to the admin side and it just went down hill from there and has caused me no end of problems .
I even phoned and complaned as still not had feed back from them.
It started when i got my V5 with the wrong address on then Hyundai Finance sent documents with the wrong Reg on for a diffrent car witch had been sent by Petch's. This is all still going on.
