I ordered my car in early march and arranged for it to be collected on 21.03.20. This was as the lockdown was starting but managed to pick the car up. Thomasz who had sold me the car went through all the controls very thoroughly to make sure I was happy as I had not had an automatic car before. He also covered all the aspects of the finance and arranged for the fitting of new car mats whilst I dealt with the paperwork. Everything was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. We had received all the necessary documents so I could arrange for the change of insurance to the new car. I could not have asked for a better experience.
