Due to current circumstances surrounding the Covid 19 pandemic the hand over was rushed, as the garage had to close that day (24/03/20). Unfortunately they were unable to wash, or clean the car, inside or out, prior to handover, nor was the salesman able to run through the upgrades made to the new Juke, which from previous experience I know is normal practice. However, I was trading in a Juke, so was familiar with the vehicle & am able to check on any upgrades in the handbook provided. Otherwise Robert, was extremely helpful & told me that if I had any queries/problems he could be contacted on his mobile for advice/help. My overall experience was pleasant & stress free.
