What a pleasure it was to use SG Petch service dept in Darlington today(16 June 2020).. From the moment I arrived the whole atmosphere was friendly, helpful and positive. Having used a Kia dealer elsewhere I was expecting a negative experience, How pleasantly surprised I was at being made to feel welcome. Was kept updated with progress , in a friendly and professional way, and had no objections for paying for the extra work needed on brakes. Let me take this opportunity to say keep it up boys n girls, your head and shoulders above other Kia garages I've used. P.S enjoy the biscuits
