Very professional in all areas except glitch we experienced in the payment of funds from our bank to yours. Through no fault of our own, it took much longer to get the funds through than it should have done and thus rather took the gloss off the transaction.
However, although this is my fourth Kia C'eed, it was our first experience of buying from S G Petch and we were totally satisfied with Sales Manager's handling of our sale. I know I shall have years of pleasure in driving my new car.
